The coffee shop Café Mindelo located in a large room on the ground floor has a polished wooden floor and six French windows facing the historic city center. It combines the extroverted spirit of the streets of Mindelo with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, creating proximity between public and private spaces.

Its doors are open from 7:00 am to 2:00 am, offering a variety of coffee products, pastry, snacks (locally called bafas) breakfast, lunch and dinner, creating a cuisine that blends local flavours with other influences and tastes.

Café Mindelo is a central meeting point in the daily life of the city, well-known for both its outstanding "Catchupa" that fills the room already in the morning and the cultural events, live music (almost every day) and festivals that liven up the night.
